]]> El aclamado álbum de 2007 reeditado en vinilo transparente. Tomado de los masters originales de 2007, cuando Pete Doherty estaba en la cima de su poder creativo,
«Shotter’s Nation» siguió los pasos de «Down InAlbion», el álbum debut dela banda, y el primer álbum de Doherty fuera desu primera banda, los Libertines. Ambos recibieron
elogios comerciales y de la crítica, y se colaron en el top 10 de las listas de álbumes. Shotter’s Nation» es inconfundiblemente Doherty. Melódica, descarnada, pegadiza, cruda,
brillantemente única, su música siempre ha creado una lealtad imperturbable entre sus numerosos fans, permaneciendo atemporal, pero transmitiendo una emoción nostálgica a
sus oyentes. El álbum también incluye cuatro canciones co-escritas por Kate Moss, la entonces novia de Doherty, que también actuaba regularmente en directo con ellos. El
enfoque de la grabación y el lanzamiento del álbum fue una huida de los métodos anteriores de Doherty. Stephen Street (The Smiths, Blur, Morrissey, The Cranberries)
sustituyó a Mick Jones, de The Clash, como productor, y fue su primer álbum publicado por una gran discográfica, Parlophone.
